Refund policy
Unless otherwise specified, all products from Impressional Magic are not returnable after purchase, but may be refunded or replaced on a case-by-case basis.
All sales on items marked as 'on sale' (such as 'second pins') are final and sold 'as is'. We cannot replace or refund these 'on sale' items, so please choose carefully.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if an item is missing, defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Send us an email at contact@impressionalmagic.com letting us know exactly which items were missing from the package and/or send us a picture of the damaged items.
Please note that even though we strive to provide the best photographic images for our products, individual items may vary slightly from piece to piece and the exact colors may appear slightly different than on your screen. Slight variations, as defined as aesthetic differences on 5% or less of the product are considered normal and therefore acceptable. If the products you receive are faulty, and a replacement is approved, you may be required to ship the item back to us at no cost to Impressional Magic prior to us sending you a replacement item. Please let us know within 7 days of receipt if you are unhappy with your products and we will gladly help.
Refunds
We will notify you if a refund was approved or not. If approved, you may be required to ship the item(s) back to us at no cost to Impressional Magic prior to us processing any kind of refund. Your refund will be only for the amount of the purchased item(s) approved for refund. The shipping costs from your order cannot be refunded. Payments by CREDIT CARD are subject to a refund processing fee equal to 5% of the entire order. This fee will be subtracted from the amount of the refunded item(s) to cover the costs and fees associated with processing two credit card transactions. Thank you for your understanding.
Approved refunds can only be sent to the original payment method. If you no longer have access to that payment method, then you need to contact the bank or agency for the original payment method to claim the funds after the refund is sent. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Cancellations
We don't accept cancellations after an item has shipped. Orders are not charged to your payment method until they are shipped (shipped orders will change the displayed payment status from 'authorized' to 'paid'). We will notify you if a request for cancellation is received before an order is shipped (cancelled orders will change the displayed payment status from 'authorized' to 'voided'). If the order has shipped, we can only go through the process of refunding the item(s).
Delays and Risk of Loss
If you think your order is lost, please contact us. We will handle lost orders on a case-by-case basis.
Please, note that all items purchased from our website are made pursuant to a shipment contract. The risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
We cannot be held responsible for delays after we deliver the order to the carrier. Please be aware that international shipments may be delayed by customs.
